Filmmaker Ossie Michelin brings a more than a decade of experience in storytelling back to his home region with this short film about a reemerging tradition of Innuit Drum making and dancing in Labrador.

The film follows mother Amy and her Evan in their tight knit community of Happy Valley-Goose Bay. We join the pair in their home, while the boy learns and builds his drum, and in the stunning landscape in which they live – as they experience the intimate love and joy of the practice.
