Swan Song
Karen Kain spent 50 years with the National Ballet of Canada as a student, ballerina, and Artistic Director. “Swan Song” presents a candid, behind-the-scenes look at Kain’s final production as she directs an updated version of Swan Lake, the classical ballet that first brought her to the world’s attention in 1971. Someone Lives Here

The story of Khaleel Seivwright, a Toronto carpenter who made portable “tiny shelters” to provide safer, more stable housing for the city’s homeless population during the first winter of the COVID pandemic. From a one-man operation started in his garage, the project grew into a 40-person volunteer crew supported by over $200,000 in donations. His efforts attracted international media attention and strong opposition from city officials.
